Terms and Conditions
These standard operating terms constitute a binding legal agreement governing all corporate and executive mobility services rendered by The Corp Cruise.
- Inclusive Pricing: The agreed tariff structure is fully inclusive of a professional, uniformed chauffeur (equipped with mobile connectivity), fuel provisions, and all associated vehicle maintenance costs.
- Taxation: A Goods and Services Tax (GST) of 5% shall be levied on the aggregate invoice amount, in strict compliance with prevailing Government directives.
- Time & Mileage Computation: Spatial and temporal metrics are recorded on a "Garage-to-Garage" basis across all operational jurisdictions. Should the total detention period (inclusive of transit to and from the garage) exceed four (4) hours, the booking shall automatically transition to a full-day tariff structure (equivalent to 8 Hours / 80 Kilometers).
- Statutory Levies and Incidentals: All state-border entry taxes, regulatory permit fees, municipal levies (MCD), toll charges, and parking disbursements shall be billed at actual cost. For electronic toll transactions (e-toll/FASTag), the frequency of crossings alongside respective transaction values will be itemized within the verified duty slip or final invoice.
- Segment Availability: Deployments within Executive, Luxury, and Royale segments, including Sports Utility Vehicles (SUVs), are subject to logistical availability within secondary and tertiary cities.
- Fuel Surcharge Adjustments: In the event of fuel price fluctuations, a baseline increase of ₹1.00 per liter shall warrant a proportional 0.75% adjustment in the overall tariff structure, structured as a fuel surcharge. This adjustment mechanism shall be activated only when cumulative price volatility exceeds 5% of the fuel price recorded on the date of original contract preparation.
- Limitation of Liability: The Corp Cruise assumes no liability or custodial responsibility for personal effects left within the vehicle by passengers, nor shall it be liable for any indirect or consequential losses incurred by the hirer under any circumstances.
- Term & Termination: This Agreement remains perpetually in force until terminated by either party upon the provision of a minimum of one (1) month written notice period.
- Nocturnal Allowance: Outstation itineraries and local transfers conducted during nocturnal hours (specifically between 22:00 Hrs and 06:00 Hrs) shall attract a standardized nightly chauffeur allowance per calendar day across all cities.
- Outstation Mileage Thresholds: Inter-city or outstation itineraries are subject to a minimum running commitment of 300 kilometers per calendar day across all operational territories.
- Cancellation Protocol (Economy & Executive Segments): Cancellations effected more than three (3) hours prior to the scheduled reporting time shall incur no penalty. Cancellations initiated within three (3) hours of dispatch, or passenger non-appearance ("No-Show") subsequent to vehicle dispatch from the garage, shall attract a charge equivalent to a half-day tariff (4 Hours / 40 Kilometers).
- Cancellation Protocol (Luxury, Royale, Vans & Coaches): Cancellations recorded more than forty-eight (48) hours prior to the scheduled reporting time shall incur no penalty. Cancellations initiated within forty-eight (48) hours of dispatch, or a No-Show post-dispatch, shall be billed at a full-day tariff rate (8 Hours / 80 Kilometers).
- Settlement & Billing Inquiries: Invoices are due for settlement within fifteen (15) days of presentation. Any perceived discrepancies or billing disputes must be formally communicated in writing within seven (7) days of invoice receipt, failing which the invoice shall be deemed accurate and accepted.
- Disputed Remittances: The hirer shall provide comprehensive remittance details with every payment. In the event of a billing dispute, the hirer agrees to release 90% of the uncontested invoice value within the designated credit window, with the remaining 10% balance withheld pending final resolution of the discrepancy.
- Digital Invoicing: Consolidated invoices will be transmitted electronically, appended with digitized copies of signed duty slips and receipts for secondary disbursements (e.g., parking fees, interstate permits). Please note that independent, physical receipts for electronic toll collections processed via FASTag cannot be provided.
- Reservation Mechanism: All booking requests must be routed exclusively through our designated Online Booking Portal. Clients must furnish a registry of authorized personnel and coordinators. Reservations are formally confirmed by our Centralized Operations Desk upon verification of fleet availability. A minimum lead time of four (4) hours is required for immediate or short-notice bookings. For pre-scheduled bookings, chauffeur and vehicle particulars will be dispatched approximately one (1) hour prior to the scheduled reporting time. All reservations are contingent upon class-specific vehicle availability.
- Dynamic Peak Pricing: Tariffs in select regions may undergo adjustments during peak seasonal demand. The Corp Cruise shall notify clients of such revisions at the threshold of reservation.
- Bespoke Deployments: Specialized fleet requirements, custom livery requests, or high-volume event logistics will be structured under custom quotation schemas tailored to specific corporate event requirements.
- Jurisdiction and Dispute Resolution: Any controversies, claims, or disputes arising under this agreement shall be governed, interpreted, and resolved in accordance with the provisions of the Indian Arbitration and Conciliation Act, with the venue of arbitration located in India.
